ANCHORPOINT STRATEGIES — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Last Updated: June 1, 2025

At AnchorPoint Strategies, we provide strategic, administrative, and operational services designed to support business development, structure, and efficiency. Due to the nature of our work—which is delivered through time, expertise, and customized support—the following refund and return policies apply.

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments for services, consulting, digital deliverables, strategy work, and operational support are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

Work is considered “begun” when any of the following occurs:

  • A kickoff meeting has taken place

  • Preliminary work, research, planning, or document preparation has started

  • Any service materials, strategies, or deliverables have been customized or provided to the client

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

Clients may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • No kickoff meeting has occurred

  • No service work or preparation has been completed

  • No digital assets, plans, documents, or deliverables have been provided

If any portion of the service has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable.

3. Retainer & Subscription Payments

Monthly retainers and service subscriptions:

  • Must be paid in advance

  • Are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

  • May be canceled for future billing cycles only with 30 days’ written notice

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

4. Digital Products & Resources

All digital products, including templates, guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable due to immediate access upon delivery.

5. Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Payments for paid consultations or sessions (if applicable) are non-refundable if the client:

  • Misses a scheduled appointment

  • Cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice

  • Fails to reschedule within the allotted timeframe

6. Service Termination by AnchorPoint Strategies

AnchorPoint Strategies reserves the right to pause or terminate services if:

  • Invoices remain unpaid

  • Client communication becomes unreasonably delayed

  • The client violates contractual terms or agreements

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for completed, in-progress, or scheduled work.

7. Policy Acknowledgment

By engaging in services with AnchorPoint Strategies, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
